Welcome to our Summer 2020 #Kninterns!

In the middle of a pandemic, Knit is having its biggest and best summer training program ever! We’re so happy to have Leah Nanni joining us as our Lead Sales Instructor and our veteran content manager Yesenia Gomez helping with social media training. We have an amazing team of #Kninterns, who you can read all about below!

Abeyah Ishmael
My name is Abeyah. I’m 17 years old and I go to View Park High School. I love listening to and creating music in my free time. I also like to play skill and logic games. I play bass and piano, but aspire to learn more instruments.

Erika Agata
My name is Erika Agata, and I’m a seventeen year old (soon to be) senior at Saint Monica Catholic High School. I’ve spent the majority of quarantine at home watching Criminal Minds, Avatar: The Last Airbender and Haikyuu along with picking up old hobbies like knitting. I also took a college communications class which taught me more about how personal relationships work. I’ve really enjoyed working for Knit this past month, as it has been quite the learning experience and I’ve shaped skills that I can apply to school work as well.Oh, and how can I forget, I recently started the college application process. 🙂

Jakson Buhaj
My name is Jakson, and I was born and raised in the UK until moving here to Los Angeles at the age of 8. I am 16 now and a Junior in high school chasing the dream of attending one of the greatest film schools in the country, NYU Tisch. I wish to one-day edit films for big named companies such as National Geographic and reach out to the world through my work.

Logan Wickman-Hudnut
Logan is a rising high school junior and thrilled to be a #knintern and working with an amazing group of people! From sales and advertising, to learning how to write a professional email, she’s gained so many skills that she’ll use in the future. Besides marketing, her passions include photography, producing music, reading, traveling, and theatre. She’s currently working on the play The Glass Menagerie where she’s playing the lead Amanda Wingfield. She can’t wait to continue to gain new experience throughout the internship and see what opportunities come in the future!
