Mindfulness in the Workplace (A Get Stuff Done Workshop)
That “mindful” word is going around these days. We’re sure you’ve heard that mindfulness is the cure to stress and a handful of other physical and mental health related problems. However, sometimes that word sounds nice, but highly unattainable.
If you’ve joined us at one of our Get Stuff Done workshops or conferences, you’ll know that the purpose is to give our attendees tools and ideas to help them move forward in their goals, projects, and businesses. And we think that having peace of mind is essential to getting stuff done!
That’s why we’ve invited MJ Freeman, founder of P.U.S.H. Experience LA, to teach us all about what that hippy dippy word, mindfulness, means and how we can take steps to be more mindful in our daily personal and professional lives.
We would love for you to join us! It’s a hands-on workshop, where seating is capped at 20 people, so you’ll be able to get all your ideas out and all your questions answered.

Presented by MJ Freeman
MJ Freeman is the Founder/Event Producer for Positive Underground Social House. Also known as, “P.U.S.H. Experience LA,” a live events and digital community platform in Los Angeles. Meeting people where they’re at – online and live events, P.U.S.H. Experience LA advocates for self-awareness, education and creative outlets for the go-getter!
Having worked in event entertainment and the service industry for 10+ years MJ saw a parallel between both worlds in her role as a manager. The concerns and talent of team members were not being acknowledged in the work place. Using her voice and experience, she cultivated spaces for millennial creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders to come together to co-create!
