Despite the pandemic, our efforts are stronger and our dreams are bigger. We’re excited to have expanded our team into Mexico, as you’ll meet our current team members below. AND, we’re finally launching a consistent blog with the help of Ulises, our new content manager. SO, before we start sharing everything we know about the world via our fabulous blog, we wanted to take a second to say hi! 👋
Meet our staff
Fernanda – Project Manager
I’m Fernanda, ex-gymnast, dog mom, and wine lover; I love -traveling- but my driver’s license says Mérida, México.
I’m a travel agent and a freelancer in marketing & administration and I wish to run a business in the wine industry in the future.
I love working at Knit because it allows me to try different things every day, use my creativity and skills in different ways, and of course, because of the amazing Knit team!!
Jorge – Web Developer
I’m Jorge Guevara. I live in Los Angeles, California. I go to El Camino Community College.
I hope to become a Software Engineer once I complete my degree.
I love working at Knit because it has allowed me to continue to grow as an individual and I have acquired skills that I continue to use in my everyday life.
Jacob – Social Media Associate
Hey guys! I’m Jacob, I’m currently a senior at Lakewood High.
Right now, my main focus is finishing up college Applications and staying on top of my grades, especially when senioritis is kicking in. 😅
My favorite thing about working at Knit is being able to connect small communities through social media.
Becca – Founder
I’m Rebecca / Becca / Rebe and I live in between Tulancingo, Hidalgo, Mexico, and Thousand Oaks, CA with my husband, Israel, and my 2-year-old, Leonardo.
In addition to my work at Knit, Israel and I also run Tiny Topanga, a tiny home building company.
I’ve been running Knit since 2016 with an amazing team, and even though a pandemic, my team is what has kept me going! They are obviously my favorite part of my job.
Antonio Ojeda – Podcast Producer
Hello!
I’m Antonio Ojeda. Or Tony, for short. I live in South Gate, California.
I am currently an undergraduate at California State University, Long Beach,
studying for a computer science degree.
I am also currently an employee at Knit Marketing, and my role there is editing “The 13th Grade Podcast” with Rebecca Borough.
Being a Knit Marketing employee is great because I get to play to my strengths with video/audio editing and I get to learn new things about web design and creativity in the workplace.
In the future, I hope to work for creative studios that utilize coding or video editing. I am open to any opportunities I may come across.
My favorite personal hobbies are video editing, playing video games, reading,
exploring internet culture, and listening to progressive rock/metal.
Ulises Richards – Content Manager
I am Ulises Richards,
I love meeting new people and getting to know their living style, their goals, motivations, and sharing good moments and experiences with them.
I am a singer and music producer and these activities are a great source of inspiration in my day-to-day.
I am happy to be part of this dynamic Knit team where I can learn from a professional team and share my knowledge to keep adding value and prosperity.
Abeyah – Social Media Associate
Hi, I’m Abeyah! I’m from Los Angeles. I currently attend the University of San Francisco as an advertising major and design minor. I hope to work as an art director or a graphic designer. I love working at Knit because it’s satisfying to know that the content I create for clients helps them achieve their goals!
