A Yummy Afternoon at Melissa’s Produce

One of the best things about our work at Knit Marketing is that we get to attend events from lots of different industries. While we’re out researching for the latest trends and meeting influencers in our clients’ worlds, we get to have a little fun ourselves.

And when it involves food, it’s even better!

Last week, I had the pleasure of attending a wonderful live cooking demo and lunch at Melissa’s Produce. Chef Raghavan Iyer made a marvelous spread of potatoey goodness. We tried 6 delicious recipes from Raghavan’s new book Smashed, Mashed, Boiled, and Baked.

I had a great time hearing from the guests about their food blogs and other publications and it definitely made me want to go home and cook up a storm! Melissa’s graciously gifted us with a box of fresh produce to try out some of Raghavan’s recipes, which I’ll use for our team lunch on Saturday. I’m sure Paris and Nyana will be thrilled!
