We don’t wear suits, we don’t meet in stuffy conference rooms, and we don’t drink whiskey or smoke cigars at work, but our Gen Z and Millennial team sure can tell a story better than any 1960s ad man. We hire and train teens and young adults to build websites and run digital marketing campaigns that captivate even a seemingly unreachable audience: their peers.
